I have been following your blog since the last time I saw you guys in Perth. I agree with everything you have written. I have slipped discs in my lower back and when things are bad the only people I have been able to count on have been my Mum and Dad who are 82 and 80, my oldest son Mike who is nearly 20 and my husband. I have heard so many times from friends and other family members 'If you need help, just ask' and when you do ask they are always too busy or can't be bothered. Keep your chin up mate and don't let anyone get you down. I hope you are on the mend and that the pain is easing. Take care of yourself... Annie Hi Angus.
